By using Valentino, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Valentino lets you create personalized, interactive digital gifts and a printable Heart-QR card. You personalize the content; we generate and host the playable gift so your recipient can open it.

The words, names, and messages you enter remain yours. You grant us permission to process and store this content only to build, host, and deliver your gift. You are responsible for what you create and confirm you have the right to share it.

Unlocking a premium card is a one-time digital purchase, processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. The price is shown on every gift and again at checkout. All purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please don't use Valentino to create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.

We collect only what we need: the gift content you type, an optional email address you may provide, and any suggestions you send us. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store your full card or banking details.

Your information is used solely to create, deliver, and support your gift. Data is held on secured infrastructure with strict access controls, and we never sell your personal data to anyone.

We use only the essential cookies and storage the site needs to function — never for advertising.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've shared by emailing us, and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
