Digital goods — all sales are final
Due to the digital, instantaneous nature of our card generation and asset delivery systems, all transactions to unlock premium card templates are final. Orders cannot be canceled, and payments are strictly non-refundable once the card layout is unlocked.
Preview fully before you pay
You can personalize, preview, and edit your gift as much as you like before paying. The one-time unlock is only charged when you choose to unlock and own your card — so please review your gift completely before completing payment.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but your card was not unlocked because of a genuine technical or payment-gateway error, contact us within 7 days with your payment reference. We will verify the transaction and, where a charge was taken without delivery, issue a correction or refund for that specific failed payment.
